Beret Flash Description
A red shield-shaped embroidered device with a semi-circular base with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) red border bearing three 1/8 inch (.32 cm) yellow bars.  The overall dimensions are 2 1/4 inches (5.72cm) in height by 1 7/8 inches (4.76cm) in width overall.

History
The beret flash for the 3rd Battalion was approved on 17 June 1986.
