How do I return an item?
If, for any reason, you find it necessary to return an item, email us first and request a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please be sure to include all parts with your return and enclose a copy of your receipt for proper credit.
Upon receipt of your return, a refund will be issued through Paypal for all internet orders. All store phone orders will be credited to your credit card. All returns must be in an unused condition. Please note, NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING except if the item is defective and/or we sent you the incorrect product. Any product that is under Manufacturer's Warranty should be returned to the Manufacturer directly. Should you receive an incorrect order, follow the above guidelines for regular returns and we will ship the correct items to you, postage paid by us. Alternately, we can refund you in full, including the original shipping charge.
