Background Trimming (Oval) Description
An ultramarine blue oval shaped patch with a 1/8 inch (.32cm) orange border, 1 3/8 inches (3.49cm) in height and 2 1/4 inches (5.72cm) in width overall, bearing three 1/8 inch (.32cm) diagonal stripes, green, black and white from upper right to lower left.

History
The background trim was originally approved for the 160th Special Operations Aviation Group (Airborne) on 26 Mar 1987. It was redesignated for the 160th Aviation Group (Special Operations) (Airborne) on 15 May 1993.
