Insignia Description
A silver color metal and enamel device 1 3/16 inches (3.02cm) in height overall consisting of a silver pentagram, point up, bearing five orange flashes converging in center from each point of the pentagram above a horizontal orange scroll inscribed "EAGER ELITES" in silver letters.

Symbolism
Orange and white (silver) are the colors traditionally associated with the Signal Corps. The flashes are indicative of communications and speed; converging in center they reflect accuracy and purpose. The pentagram is adapted from the V Corps’ devices and reflects the brigade’s support mission to the corps.

History
The insignia was authorized on 29 June 1981.
