Insignia Description
A Gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Or, on a pale wavy Azure a sword of the first. Attached below the shield a Black scroll inscribed "THE FLOW OF VICTORY" in Gold letters.

Symbolism
Gold stands for the branch color, buff, of the Quartermaster Corps. The pale and color blue refer to the battalion's water supply mission. The sword denotes readiness and service to the individual soldier. Black stands for strength and steadfastness.

History
The distinctive unit insignia was approved effective 16 June 1993.
