Background Trimming (Oval) Description
An oval-shaped embroidered item 2 1/4 inches (5.72cm) in width and 1 3/8 inches (3.49cm) in height overall, edged with a 1/8 inch (.32cm) white border, consisting of a background divided vertically scarlet to left and ultramarine blue to right, edged with a 1/8 inch (.32cm) counterchanged border and surmounted by a white triangle centered vertically throughout point to base.
